At Ayingers Speis und Trank (Tap. 23/1/14. Aroma is sweet honey, grainstore, sweet grain, pils malt. Clouded straw coloured pour with a lasting white head. Flavour is grainy sweet, hint os caramel pils grain and some yougurty yeast notes.

Bottle 0,5L. Slightly hazy, yellow colour, with small, creamy, white head, that dissipate quickly. Not much of aroma; some herbs, grass and hay. Taste is light sweet, aftertaste is light bitter, but after a while, I get these slightly sweet taste back in my mouth. Not my kind of beer...

From a wooden barrel at the Ayinger Biergarten. Incredibly aromatic Bavarian hops, sweet malt Grapefruit, peaches, a hint of vinegar, a (imaginary) hint of oaky barrels, Well worth the train ride from Munich.

bottled This is pretty subtle and delicate beer i reckon. each second sip i find light flavours popping out mildly to remind me this isn’t boring . Good malt quality ,bready ,hay and spicy hops. easy to drink lots of kinda beer that’s not mundane nore memorable.

Kef at Ayinger. Fresh and grassy lager that was comfortably the best lager that I had in Munich.

Keg at Ayinger. Had a good few of these on the Sunday of Gary’s stag in Munich. Hazy lemon yellow with a bubbly white head. Nice grassy flavour with a yeasty, bready body. I enjoyed them greatly. I think I might be a closet Keller fan.
