3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
50cl bottle. Pours a moderate medium white creamy head with nice lenght, yellow to golden and quite cloudy colour (when you pour the finish all the haziness comes out). Smells bread, cereals, bit yeasty, Tastes cereals, bready, straw, delicate german hops; sweet note is almost minimal and comes initially; low and delicate, but present, hoppiness coming afterwards. Low to medium bodied with nice consistency, average + carbonated, and what a great balance. I like kellers better than other typical (german) low fermentations, cause it’s unfiltered and that gives an extra overall flavou and smell

Bottle with expiry date 12/2015. Pale, hazy, rocky head that quickly diminishes. Aroma: much yeast, malt. Light bitterness, slightly sour. Medium carbonation. Not bad, but rather boring.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cold bottle BB 02/15. Slightly hazy yellow, sparkling, small white head dies down quickly. Typical lager aroma but with some background lemon and turkish delight. Body is medium, nice level of carbonation, pretty smooth in the mouth. Taste is light lager, hay, very malt-forward, light musty hop. Unremarkable but refreshing.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Ayinger speis und trank in Munich. Hazy yellow pour with thin creamy white head. Aroma is grainy, light hay notes, really mild aroma, lightly yeasty. Taste is grainy, lemony, farmy notes of wet hay and fresh straw, very approachable kellerbier that still shows quite a bit of finesse and refined aromas. Palate is smooth and light, nice stuff.
