I find this beer to be fairly light and refreshing, with no real aftertaste. Overall, I quite enjoyed it.

Keg. Light hazy yellow with a large frothy white head with good retention and lace. Citrus, herbal hops, dough, light egg in the nose. Flavour is hoppy; citrus, dry flowers, herbal, bark, dry green plants, light dough and golden bread behind it. Light/medium body, mild sweet and bitter, prickling carbonation. Long slowly fading hoppy finish. Fine, but not overly exiting.

Ljust gul, beslöjad öl med lättare vitt skum. Doft och smak är hö, bröd, spannmål och citrus, samt lätt maltighet. Ett friskt sommaröl.

On tap (I assume) at the Ayinger Speis & Trank in Munich-Germany. Ciao Mortlach. Pours a very hazy light golden color, tick frothy white head. Nose: grains, mild yeast, lactic. Mouth: almost chewing feeling of cream, pils malts, far too frizzy compared to the Franconian sisters. Not terrific but decent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
