COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We brew Leichte Bräu -Weisse with the same high quality malt and hops as we use in Ayinger Bräu Weiss, just less of them. Our goal is to brew a beer with the delicious fruity wheat beer taste and low alcohol.

Hazy amber/orange with little white head. Aroma of banan and clove, some yeasts. Taste is very citrussy sour, some sweetness later. Slight soap as well. Not bad considering the low alcohol.

Tap at Ayinger Bräustüberl. A cloudy and amberish Weizen, but clearly the yeast wasn’t allowed to work on the malts. Still rather sweet with little banana and clover, and those last two I might just be my wishful thinking. Bready for sure, with a lovely carbonation. Works, but there are better low alcohol Weizen.

Aroma is almost non-existent. Golden color, minimal head. Average carbonation, finish is short, very small hint of bitterness in it. A bit waterish and bland experience, I would probably like the Brau-Weisse better.

One of the best low alcohol wheat beers out there. The taste and all flavors are there, even though weaker than in the original. A perfect choice for drivers or those who cannot drink alcohol.

On tap ayinger brauerei: Pours dark golden, light brown head, cloudy/hazy, with fomay two fingers white head. Aroma: prevailing banana esters, but they are not so intense as in brauweisse. Flavor is similar: prevails banna esters, wheat and barley base, which takes on biscuit...body is medium to light, carbonation is moderate medium, texture is soft

500ml bottle at home. Hazy dark orange color, big white pillowy head. Average carbonation. Aroma of banana and fruits, wheat malts. Light sweetness, light to medium bitterness. Endings is nice, thus it would be nice for it to be longer.

500ml bottle, purchased at the local grocery store. Banana, some clove, hint of spice and caramel. Light/medium palate. Quite ok.

(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Wheaty and mildly grainy malty aroma with notes of banana and a whiff of vanilla and phenolic spices. Slightly sweet and delicately sour flavour, light bodied with an almost creamy carbonation. Soft malty base with present wheaty notes, banana, also mildly hoppy accents, especially towards the sweet and slightly sour finish. Well-made lighter Weizen. 02.II.16
