Keg at Ayinger. Had a good few of these on the Sunday of Gary’s stag in Munich. Hazy lemon yellow with a bubbly white head. Nice grassy flavour with a yeasty, bready body. I enjoyed them greatly. I think I might be a closet Keller fan.

Pours clear yellow with a foamy head. Aroma of bready malts, farmyard, hints of honey and grass. Taste is sweet, bready and slightly yeasty with notes of farmyard and honey. Finish is smooth and fruity with notes of yeast and honey. Quite balanced kellerbier.

Pours a hazy bright yellow colour with a white lacy head. Aroma of fresh fruitiness, grainy malts and some grass. Flavour of very fruity and sweet with grassy hops, floral notes, sweet honey, grainy malts, citrus and hay. Light bodied, slick mouthfeel and high carbonation. Finishes sweet, grainy and floral. Refreshing and good.

Bottle @ Restaurant. Profumo acidulo di frumento, ricorda la crosta del pane fresco, ed è piuttosto agrumata. Schiuma compatta piuttosto fine e copiosa. é opalescente, quasi torbida. Il gusto è di scorza di limone, di frumento e anche di altri cereali. Decisamente carbonata rinfrescante e con finale dolciastro

Ottima keller con aroma maltato con sentori di frumento e lievi sfumature di luppolo. Molto gradevole in bocca con un buon equilibrio e non troppo dolciastra. Good
