Nose has bready malt, light yeast and lemon. Taste has bready malt, grain, light yeast. Finishes with light grassy notes, dryish yeast, very subtle bitterness. Medium body, spritzy carbonation. A nice kellerbier, very drinkable.

Straw-golden coloured and clear. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Malty, sweet aroma, faint herbal notes, perhaps laqurice. Flavor starts sweet, soft, faint bitter finish. Creamy texture.

Smells of noble German hops (floral) and light malt. Pours hazy golden with a thick white head. Taste is complex for a kellerbier, balanced bitterness malt and hop resin taste. Good carbonation in the palate. Finishes dry and slightly bitter; aftertaste goes away fast. Extremely drinkable. My favorite kellerbier so far.
