Taste is dry, earthy, and slightly bready. Not heavily carbonated. Short bitter finish. My first kellerbier.

Bottle @ Restaurant. Profumo acidulo di frumento, ricorda la crosta del pane fresco, ed è piuttosto agrumata. Schiuma compatta piuttosto fine e copiosa. é opalescente, quasi torbida. Il gusto è di scorza di limone, di frumento e anche di altri cereali. Decisamente carbonata rinfrescante e con finale dolciastro

Ottima keller con aroma maltato con sentori di frumento e lievi sfumature di luppolo. Molto gradevole in bocca con un buon equilibrio e non troppo dolciastra. Good

UPDATED: MAY 6, 2013 Vom Fass @ Ayingers Speis und Trank, München. Hazy yellow beer, white frothy head. Aroma is fruity and aromatic hoppy. Flavour is malty, a bit fruity and grassy hoppy. Overall a tasty kellerbier.

Bottle. Hazy dark yellow with a thin head. Aroma is sweetbread, malt. Flavour is dusty malt, some citrus and a light bitter finish. Dry palate.

Straw-golden coloured and clear. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Malty, sweet aroma, faint herbal notes, perhaps laqurice. Flavor starts sweet, soft, faint bitter finish. Creamy texture.

nuts, cheese, pale, clear, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, medium body, oily feel, soft carbonation, nice harmonic finish.

Smells of noble German hops (floral) and light malt. Pours hazy golden with a thick white head. Taste is complex for a kellerbier, balanced bitterness malt and hop resin taste. Good carbonation in the palate. Finishes dry and slightly bitter; aftertaste goes away fast. Extremely drinkable. My favorite kellerbier so far.
