Clear yellow beer with a lasting white head. Grassy and spicy hop aroma with a hint of citrus. Clean, hoppy and bitter flavour.

Jul 14, 2008 Bottle. Pours pale and hasy yellow with a small white film. Aroma is a bit sour. Flavour actually sweet and sticky, but it is quite thin in the end.

Jun 7, 2008 Draught at Ayinger in Munich. Light yellow colorred, slightly hazy in appearance. Nose of soft and sweet lemon zest, pils malt, light yeast, pleasent and quiet. Rich and full-bodied, tastes of yeast pils malt, crisp over the middle, fresh, etc... not complex but utterly delicious and satisfying.

May 21, 2008 Bottle@TheWolf, tasting. Pours pale golden with a egg white head. Aroma has loads of hay & grassy notes - very German like. Crisp, clean & fresh mouthfeel. Enjoyable!

May 19, 2008 Bottled. Tasting @ Kolding Bryglaug. Aroma has hay and grass. Slightly hazy, golden coloured with a white lacing. Taste is sweet, has some grass and hay, some malts and honey. Okay beer.
