Ayinger Oktober Fest Märzen has a deep golden color tinted with amber. It is lightly sweet with a malty nose balanced with floral hops. Its medium to big body and alcohol is not overpowering. The soft dryness comes from long maturation.

Sweaty honey color, not a lot of head at all. Looks more like the German version of a lager than the American version. Aroma has some sweet candi sugars and cereal grains. A little corn syrup, with a hop-nose of pollen and hay. It’s mostly sweet, with just a touch of Euro-bitterness. The flavor is corn syrup and. The hop is there, but it is very mild and is more like pollen and hay. Pretty consistent between aroma and taste. It’s a very mild, pleasant flavor. Buttery/biscuity notes. That flowery hop comes out after a few minutes. Slick and buttery consistency. It’s a very pleasant beer, that gets better as you let it aerate and spread out a bit. Really changes as you get further down into the glass.

Looks like Hazy light caramel. Smells like caramel and bread. Slightly sweet, medium- light bitter, slightly sour. Tastes like caramel and bread. Best Oktoberfest I’ve had.

From a German beer pub a while ago, not many notes, sorry. Bottled. Aroma: Caramel, hops, hay, malt. Appearance: I think I am reading "darker color with amber/some gold." Taste: Hops and malt but there is good balance with some underlying honey. Palate: Easy to drink but quite flavorful. Nice stuff.

Bottle. Pours a mostly clear light amber color with a moderate off-white head on there. Nose is light with some grains to it and just a bit of breadiness coming through. Taste is slightly sweet, with a fair amount of bread, toast, and grains to it. Decent.

Bottle. Cloudy orange-golden pour with a white head. Surprisingly fruity, lots of tropical fruit, some sultana raisins. Very malty, but lots going on.

Golden tan color, thin head. Smell is fresh, fruity, a little nutty, oily, clean fruit and hops. Taste is spicy, pumpkin, a little sweet, crisp, refreshing, savory in a vegetabley way. Long sparkling finish. Excellent for any occasion or any reason.
