COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ayinger Oktober Fest Märzen has a deep golden color tinted with amber. It is lightly sweet with a malty nose balanced with floral hops. Its medium to big body and alcohol is not overpowering. The soft dryness comes from long maturation.

A dark copper pour with a medium head. The bear displays wonderful lacing. The taste is malty with some undertones of fruit (raisin?). The texture seems quite thick, which lends to a strong palate feel. This is a very enjoyable beer,

Nice gold color. You can see fresh hop throught the glass. It has a nutty flavor in it? Hope I am right.

Pours reddish orange with a frothy head that dissipates gradually. Smells of caramel, leaves and hay. Very light flavor with medium bitterness.

Pours a nice clear amber with a medium white head, and laces nicely down till the end. The aroma was not straight-forward but i did catch glimpses of citrus towards the end. Overall, a very nice beer actually one of my favorites so far.

poured from a 500 ml bottle to a pint glass. Smell: Has a strong sweat malty smell, but it doesn’t seem to jump out at you. Appearance: A gorgeous bronze tone with a well carbonated body, you can see the bubbles rising to the top of the perfectly formed carbonated head. Taste: One word, Amazing.... sweat caramelized malts in the front of the beer and a slight hoppy note at the end, well balanced. One of the better Octoberfest I’ve had.

Bottle. Best Oktoberfest I’ve had to date. Velvety, amber appearance. Perfect balance of malts and hops. Medium bodied and silky smooth. I served it with a bacon mac-n-cheese at a pairing event.

This beer brings me back to the time I was travelling on a train from Salzburg to Munich for the 2012 Oktoberfest. On the train I met a few locals and I decided to challenge the Germans to a beer drinking contest. By the time the first German hit the ground drunk I was about 6 liters deep and they were somewhere on their 4th and 5th. The weather was great that day

500ml bottle. Poured a nice brownish orange, with a decent head. The nose had a hint of yeastiness, with wheat being dominating. Also some hops in the aroma. I liked this one. Tasted full and had a good effect on my palete. Complimented the bratwurst I was having rather well.
