Ayinger Oktober Fest Märzen has a deep golden color tinted with amber. It is lightly sweet with a malty nose balanced with floral hops. Its medium to big body and alcohol is not overpowering. The soft dryness comes from long maturation.

Very Interesting oktober fest brew. Finish is slightly dry. Interesting combination of hops for an oktober fest brew. Worth a sample.

Crisp fruity aroma, flavor is citrus and floral hops and hint of spice. Some similarity to a weißbier, but definitely an Oktoberfest

i love this stuff. easily one of the best, if not the best oktoberfest out there. has that malty, sweet almost official oktoberfest smell and tastes so simple but so perfect. tastes like an alcoholic werthers original candy sucker thingy. love it!!

Bottle. Nice cap. Clear orange/amber color with big rocky head. The aroma is of toasty malt, with just a hint of hops. The taste starts off very malty, with toasty caramel notes and enough bitterness to balance. It still finishes with a bittering dryness balanced with a lingering maltiness. I like it.

cloudy orange/amber color, large frothy head that dissipates quickly, malty-spicy aroma, a bit of candy sweetness, some fruitiness; flavor is malty with touches of spiciness, a fruity background, a precise and strong sweetness - but not cloying, flavor doesn’t quite live up to the aroma, a bit tingly with a decent texture

Nice brew. sweet but not heavy. Amber colo. poured from the bottle with little head. crisp and refreshing. Had a lasting aftertaste that I couldnt place but that was not unpleasent.

Really the standard by which I compare O’fests. Deep, deep gold color with orange highlights and a white head. Noble hop aroma with plenty of malt and just a slight sulfury note. Flavor is intense malt but with a clean finish and noble hop character. Beautiful balance of rich maltiness without being cloying and without the caramel flavors that so many US brewers insist on putting in their beers. What a great beer.

Poured from bottle. Classic octoberfest beer with a strong malt opening and a dry finish. Definitely one to pick up when the seasons change. --you've been Dubbed.

A very smooth and enjoyable beer. Mild malt bread aroma with a good tan head with no noticeable lacing. Flavor was very smooth and slightly silky with a nice dry finish. Nice clean easy drinking beer.
