Jun 7, 2008 Draught at Ayinger in Munich. Clear light gold colored body with a purely white head. Nose is clean and sweet lemon scented pils malt, only light yeast and hop presence in the aroma. Flavor has a semi-tart, drying malt chewiness, turning more crisp in the finish, with some hoppy, bitter, drying, very crisp noble hop cones. Grassy, dry, refreshing, very delicious.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light hoppy, grass, citurs shell. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (180408)
