The dry bitterness of classic pilsner makes this a perfect, pre-dinner drink. Although we borrowed the style from Bohemia, our pils is classsic Bavarian, made partially with barley we grow ourselves, a blend of fresh Hallertau and Tetnang hops and our unique St. Andreas mineral water. The vivacious color is reflective of the barley fields that surround our brewery. The head is light and thick and leaves a beautiful Bavarian lace on the empty glass. . In the mouth, our pils achives balance and roundness, without the hops overpowering the fruitiness of the malt.

Bottle. This is a classic and good example of a german pils. Very clean and with a refreshing tart bitterness in the end. Notes of white bread, lime and metal.

Frisch bitterer Beginn, angenehme Getreidigkeit. Konstant, dann herber und bitterer werdend, frisch, rund, fast nordisch. Gut! 11/12/11/11//11

Bottle. Basing this purely off the style, it passes with flying colors. A nice fresh aroma and taste of floral / grassy hop some citrus and caramel. A well deveoped German Pils.

Poured clear golden in color with foamy off-white head and light lacing. Fruity, malty and a bit of floral hops in the nose. The flavor is similar with fruit, flowers, and some bitterness. Bitter finish. Right to style and good.

33cl Bottle. Appearance is clear, golden yellow color with medium, foamy, off-white head. Aroma is grainy, sweet malts and grassy hops. Taste is similar with a strong grain and sweet malts, some hay, up-front grass hops. Palate is medium-bodied, slick texture, lively carbonation, slightly acidic, and a long, dry finish. Definitely a top-notch Pils in a sea of mediorcity.

500ml bottle pours pale golden color with a small white head and some spots of lacing. Aroma is light grains and floral hops. Taste is light malty sweetness and a crisp modest hoppy bitterness. Decently balanced and carbonated with a light to medium body. Average brew that is easy to drink.

On tap at a random al fresco stop during our Munich wanderings. Clear bright yellow gold, thick lasting white crown. Aroma is pleasant grassy floral hops and cereal grains. Palate is clean and fresh, light cereal accented by fragrant grassy floral hops delivering a medium bitterness in the finish. The best lager of the journey at this point.

An above average flavored brew. Not going to knock your socks off, but an easy drinker, very session able.

Clear golden colour, white head. Fresh malty aroma, quite floral hops. Flavour crisp malty, slight hoppy bitterness, fruity and floral notes. Finish light but pleasantly bitter. Refreshing and nice.
