3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught, Ayinger Brewpub, Munich.
Bright golden body with persistant white foam.
Really fresh sort of aroma with delicate citrusy hop perfume and fragrant cereal toastiness.
Medium-to-lean body, clean texture, carbonation is soft and spot on.
Plenty of hop flavour on the palate, some nice juicy citrus, minty herbs and sweet floral notes. Malt has a noticable and enjoyable presence, like freshly baked white bread. Finishes with a good hit of bitterness, very clean.
Really well made German pilsner indeed! Can’t say i’ve come across any this nice!

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
One of the Best PILSENER of the World! It is South Bavarian style of Pilsener - it means more malty than North Germany Style. Very delicious hoppy and malty aroma with touch of fresh hay and corn. In palate suprisingly full body,it is malty, sappy with hints of minty of pressed hops cone. Long dry and sappy finish. Fresh carbonation (fresh und spritzig). Best aperitiv! Best served in the Centre of Ayinger Village in brewery biergarten Liebhard´s Keller (fresh drought).
All products from Ayinger are ones of the best beers in Bayern. All categories (Hell, Export, Weiss, Ur-Weiss, Doppelbock). Especially Bräu - Hell.
