COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The dry bitterness of classic pilsner makes this a perfect, pre-dinner drink. Although we borrowed the style from Bohemia, our pils is classsic Bavarian, made partially with barley we grow ourselves, a blend of fresh Hallertau and Tetnang hops and our unique St. Andreas mineral water. The vivacious color is reflective of the barley fields that surround our brewery. The head is light and thick and leaves a beautiful Bavarian lace on the empty glass. . In the mouth, our pils achives balance and roundness, without the hops overpowering the fruitiness of the malt.

The Fonefan/Brugmansia Cnudde tasting. Light golden with a nice, creamy head. The aroma is malty with notes of flower, citrus/fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of malt, hints of caramel, flower and a citrussy bitterness. It’s a nice and refreshing pilsner!

Had this at the Ayinger am Platzl, Munchen, Germany 26-01-08 A good clean tasting light golden pilsner that was really fresh and crisp, don’t normally go for Pilsners that much but this I’ll make an exception for.

Draught at the Brauereigasthof in Aying. This was a great night. After bumbling our way around the sleepy town of Aying only to find the brewery seemingly abandoned we end up at the center of town, and the Ayinger hotel. Amazingly the owner and his wife are their for dinner and she greets us politely at our table. We had never felt so at home on our vacation. The nice pils was just gravy. Poured a pale golden with a big foamy lacing head that clung to the glass. You could smell the fresh flowery hallertau hops pouring out of the glass and the effect in the mouth was crisp and effervescent with a grassy hoppy flavor. A nice pils.
