COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Ayinger Ur-Weisse is an old-fashioned wheat with some fine roasted malt to give it more color and flavor than golden hefe- weisse. It has an immense crown of lovely foam held proudly above a robe of translucent amber. On the palate, malt and yeast predominate, with a delicious balance of fruit and bread-like yeast. The taste is complex, with suggestions of soft fruit, apple, and, in the finish, perhaps, even cloves.

Nice head with the pour. Settled sweetly with an aroma of bananas, malts, and CLOVE!!!!. Settled with a nice orange cloudy color and a chewy aftertaste. Nice and solid I would buy again

Pours a hazy amber, has some wonderful carbonation. The head is profuse, creamy white, and has a very velvety texture. The aroma was sweet, had some coriander, nutmeg, and lemongrass. The flavor tasted sour, citric, alcohol and a little bite. The palate was crisp with a slight bite and the finish was sharp and warm.

Tap @ Aying. Pours hazy amber with a creamy white head and lacings. Banana, caramel, bread and fruitcake. A bit sweet but overall well balanced. Smooth and full bodied. Nice

Poured with a cloudy with a huge head that took a long time to go down. Flavors to me of bubblegum and spice. Nice malt and hops back up a slight sweetness. A good beer with steak.

Pours a murky brownish with orange hue. Nice fluffy head which dies down. Has a roasty, sweet malt scent with yeast. Flavor is crisp suggestions of citrus and yeast as well as a pleasant roastiness. The roasted grains excentuate the flavor of the weizen beer, yet it is still incredibly drinkable. Tingles the palate.

Pours a cloudy orange with a moderate white head. Light citrusy fruits (mostly orange) in the nose, along with yeast, some malts, hints of spice. Flavor is light, with strong flavors of yeast and malt, as well as slight hints of orange.

17oz. bottle poured in Ayinger weiss beer glass. Cloudy dark golden color with huge white head. Aroma is of bananas and apples. Flavor is also fruity with the bananas and apples. Clean crisp finish with hint of cloves. Lacks the citrus taste of many hefes, but still quite good. Wish I had some more. Drinkability is quite high on this one. Mouthfeel was very pleasant.
