500 ml bottle from the Utah State Store. Pours out a cloudy apricot color with a large white foamy head. The aroma is super sweet spicy malts. Banana and pepper. The flavor is similar; a smooth rich banana, pepper, citrus and overall malty flavor. A great mouthfeel. Nice.

From the Bayou. Salt Lake City, Utah  Pours a very hazy golden honey color with three fingers of head that dissapearing to a froth. The nose is of bananas, cloves, bubblegum and a little pepper. The taste starts with a huge spicey maltiness. Then comes cloves, banana and citrus. The end is slick with peppery alcohol and bubblegum. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, slick and creamy with good carbonation. This all German wheat beer. Perfect example of the style.  Drinkability is good. It is slightly on the boozy side, so watch out. I could bite you in the ass if your not carefull.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2009 Aroma was notes of yeast, bananas, cloves and something a little funky, maybe like old shoes. Flavor is pretty lively, with bananas, citrus, cloves, vanilla, yeast and wheat. Pretty tasty brew, except for that faint hint on the aroma.
