4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 jrodooo5 (500) - Wilmington, Delaware, USA - JUL 2, 2012
Pours a cloudy orange without much head or lacing. The aroma is full of sweet fruit and spice. The taste goes well with the aroma. An abundance of flavor from start to finish, it’s fairly sweet up front and finishes spicy. It’s exceptional on the palate and quite smooth for being 7%+. An all around awesome brew!

Poured into my Erdinger weizen glass. Hazy golden poue with a huge white head. Gorgeous aroma of malted wheat, cloves, bananas, and a hint of lemon. Great mouthfeel, perfect carb. Nice herbal, clove, bananas finish, with a light bitterness. Went down like water, great stuff.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Nocardia (38) - Little Rock, Arkansas, USA - JUN 8, 2012
Poured from a bottle into a standard pint glass. Pours a deep golden orange and very hazy. It had tons and tons of head that dissipated very slowly with no lacing. The nose was banana, citrus peel, and more alcohol than I would have expected. Af first, the flavor was very banana, fruity, almost sour. I let it breathe a little and it mellowed to a delicious banana and yeasty bread. Let it breathe for sure. Big mouthfeel with avg carbonation. Tasty and smooth.

Opaque gold. Esters and banana nose. Full bodied and heavier than many Ayinger beers. Grainy palate with more banana and a hint of sweetness. Long finish.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 frpilz (104) - Illinois, USA - MAY 13, 2012
UPDATED: OCT 18, 2012 Not as dark as some beers I have had in this variety, more like a standard weissbier. Lemony honey aroma, full head . Mouthfeel was medium, carbonation low, easy drinker. Taste of lemons, banana, bread, caramel. Very sweet , could have use dmore hops to bolden the taste more. Very smooth, which was the best attribute, Ive had better Ive had worse. A tad too sweet and malty for me. Also too much clove taste, like cloves ruin ham, the tatste of them sort of overpowered this.
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 SamP01 (357) - New Jersey, USA - MAY 13, 2012
A cloudy brown amber on the pour with a large lasting white head. Aroma of sweet malt, yeast, banana and fruity esters. Taste is sweet malt, banana, fruity, yeast, wheat, with some sweet tart notes. A medium body with soft carbonation on the palate. Finish is sweet caramel malt, yeast, some banana and fruity flavors, wheat, ending has some light bitterness for balance. Overall a very good, tasty and flavorful brew. A solid all around ale.
3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 b33r (525) - Cleveland, Alabama, USA - MAY 7, 2012
Light hazy gold with no head. Weak aroma & flavor, although the flavor is very good. I was expecting a huge, grand experience like I do with Aventinus, but this was rather disappointing.
3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 mcmisko (347) - New York, USA - MAY 1, 2012
Pours cloudy golden yellow, with a big stable white head. Smells fruity with some spice, like most wheat beers. Taste is rich with sweet fruits, banana, spices and a little caramel malts and citrus hops. Texture is creamy, med bodied. Nice lasting aftertaste. This is pretty typical, but very well done wheat beer.
