Bottle pours a very hazy golden body with a tall vanilla head. Nice retention with lots of sticky lacing. Aroma is mostly clove and overripe banana, but bready wheat and clover honey notes are picked up underneath. Creamy medium body has an ideal carbonation. Taste mirrors the aroma. Clove and ripe banana, accented by a lemony zing, yeast, and sweet bready malts. Subtle hops add a spicy/earthy bitterness. Excellent all around.

Poured from the bottle it has a hazy pale yellow color in the glass with a small head. The aroma is citrus and flowers. Taste is crisp with banana, lemon and a touch of spice. Good finish.

Bottle 33cl. Pours a nice cloudy golden weizen, huge head. Smells like bread, grain and fruits. Fresh. Nice impression. Longlasting, intense and differenced aftertaste. Very good, another great beer of this great brewery.

Presentation: It was poured from a brown 500ml bottle into a weizen glass. Appearance: From the pour I got a tall three to four finger head of slow fading stiff foam over a cloudy flat tan/orange colored liquid. Lots of visible carbonation flows up to the head which also makes lots of slick lace patterns on the glass. Smell: The nose is full of estery, fruity and bready yeast notes. Taste/Palate: The flavor has loads of tasty wheat character. There is a semi-sweet mix of bread malt, tart wheat and hops with a twist of lemon and green banana peel. The finish leans more to the dry side with a very mild hop presence. Its palate feels lively and well carbonated with a firm medium body. Notes: This is a lovely showcase of deep wheaty flavor.

Bottle. Hazy golden with white head. Aroma is rich wheat, yeast overtones, mild spice. Flavor is lightly sweet, very mild bitterness, nourishing bread, light fruit. Finish leaves a wonderful aftertaste. Simple and exceptional.

schiuma bianca, fin4e e abb persistente, colore giallo dorato carico, ttorbida.

The colour of peach juice. Peachy, peary, watery sweetness. I like it, but not a lot. It’s missing something.

Opaque gold. Esters and banana nose. Full bodied and heavier than many Ayinger beers. Grainy palate with more banana and a hint of sweetness. Long finish.

Bottle. Orange, hazy body, with medium, creamy, white head. Pleasant, creamy aroma of banana cake, vanilla, bubblegum, orange, citrus, bread, clove and other spices. Taste with the same aromas, with some more grass notes, greatly balanced between a creamy sweetness, fruit, spice and malt notes. ABV not noticable. Mouthfeel is full, creamy, with a strong, refreshing carbonation and it finishes spicy and fruity. Simply delicious! My favourite Weizen single bock, quaffable, with pleasant, greatly balanced aromas and the distinct smoothness, many Ayinger beers are offering!

A cloudy brown amber on the pour with a large lasting white head. Aroma of sweet malt, yeast, banana and fruity esters. Taste is sweet malt, banana, fruity, yeast, wheat, with some sweet tart notes. A medium body with soft carbonation on the palate. Finish is sweet caramel malt, yeast, some banana and fruity flavors, wheat, ending has some light bitterness for balance. Overall a very good, tasty and flavorful brew. A solid all around ale.
