A cloudy brown amber on the pour with a large lasting white head. Aroma of sweet malt, yeast, banana and fruity esters. Taste is sweet malt, banana, fruity, yeast, wheat, with some sweet tart notes. A medium body with soft carbonation on the palate. Finish is sweet caramel malt, yeast, some banana and fruity flavors, wheat, ending has some light bitterness for balance. Overall a very good, tasty and flavorful brew. A solid all around ale.

Bottle... Hazy yellow ale with a mid-sized, fluffy, white head. Great retention. The aroma is chock full of banana, clove, pink bubblegum and pear. Medium-bodied with modest carbonation. The flavor is sweet, spicy and fruity with a doughy tea biscuit component. Sweet, doughy finish.

Poured from the bottle it has a hazy pale yellow color in the glass with a small head. The aroma is citrus and flowers. Taste is crisp with banana, lemon and a touch of spice. Good finish.

Pours a completely clouded yellow gold into the glass with a large white head. Aroma is bready with banana and clove esters. Flavor has a bit of bubblegum flavor as well as a very low amount of alcohol coming through for a 7.1% beer. Good beer, would like to try it fresh.

Pours a cloudy orangish color, with a white head. Pleasant enough to drink, notes of several types of unidentifiable fruit. Not my style, but it is still not too bad. However, I will go for something else next time.

Bottle. Nice cloudy yellow pour with a pillowy head. Aromas full of fruits. Banana, apple, orange and pear off the top. Taste is clean and refreshing. Lots of wheat and more soft fruit. Body is well balanced. Carbonation level is right on as well.

From the Bayou. Salt Lake City, Utah  Pours a very hazy golden honey color with three fingers of head that dissapearing to a froth. The nose is of bananas, cloves, bubblegum and a little pepper. The taste starts with a huge spicey maltiness. Then comes cloves, banana and citrus. The end is slick with peppery alcohol and bubblegum. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, slick and creamy with good carbonation. This all German wheat beer. Perfect example of the style.  Drinkability is good. It is slightly on the boozy side, so watch out. I could bite you in the ass if your not carefull.

Cloudy straw (I was expecting it slightly darker) with a thick white creamy cap that hangs around for a while. Banana and bubble gum with a mild spice aroma. Nice carbonation level that fits the style. 7.1 ABV is hardly noticeable. Nice clean somewhat filling finish. An excellent Fall/Spring brew.

Pours hazy orange-copper with a massive, pillowy white head. The aroma is spicy, banana, wheat, and clove. Each of these elements is present in the sweet, spicy, smooth flavor. A tad boozy.

Bottle. Pours a very cloudy, hazy deep yellow. Aroma is yeast, bread, and citrus. The taste follows suit with mainly orange as the citrus. Pretty high carbonation with a light, crisp mouthfeel. Very tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
