Pours a cloudy orangish color, with a white head. Pleasant enough to drink, notes of several types of unidentifiable fruit. Not my style, but it is still not too bad. However, I will go for something else next time.

From the Bayou. Salt Lake City, Utah  Pours a very hazy golden honey color with three fingers of head that dissapearing to a froth. The nose is of bananas, cloves, bubblegum and a little pepper. The taste starts with a huge spicey maltiness. Then comes cloves, banana and citrus. The end is slick with peppery alcohol and bubblegum. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, slick and creamy with good carbonation. This all German wheat beer. Perfect example of the style.  Drinkability is good. It is slightly on the boozy side, so watch out. I could bite you in the ass if your not carefull.

The colour of peach juice. Peachy, peary, watery sweetness. I like it, but not a lot. It’s missing something.

Cloudy straw (I was expecting it slightly darker) with a thick white creamy cap that hangs around for a while. Banana and bubble gum with a mild spice aroma. Nice carbonation level that fits the style. 7.1 ABV is hardly noticeable. Nice clean somewhat filling finish. An excellent Fall/Spring brew.

Pours hazy orange-copper with a massive, pillowy white head. The aroma is spicy, banana, wheat, and clove. Each of these elements is present in the sweet, spicy, smooth flavor. A tad boozy.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours gold with a white head. Taste sweet, wheat, banana, like a Hefeweizen. I thought this was very good. I would definitely drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500ml bottle served in a Weizen glass. Bottle conditioned. Poured a hazy gold with three fingers of white head. Lots of carbonation per style. Nice mix of clove and banana in the aroma. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Good and spicy with clove in the finish. Alcohol is well hidden. Very easy drinking for the ABV. Classic rendition of a Weizenbock.

500 ml bottle. Pours a murky straw color with a frothy white head. Aroma of bananas, clove, wheat, and bubblegum. Taste is much like the nose. Distinct taste of banana, wheat, clove, and hints of vanilla. Medium bodied with a nice creamy mouth-feel. Slight bittersweet finish. Really enjoyable.

Poured from a bottle to try my first "Weizen Bock." Color is a yellowish straw like color. The haziness of the beer makes it look darker. Large off-white head that dissipated quickly. No real lacing. Aroma of yeast, bread, maybe fruity, towards bananas. Taste is full and creamy, like a thicker hefeweizen. Has a banana taste to it, but slightly tart. Alchohol is also present in the smell and taste. The thickness makes sense now since it is a winter seasonal. Tastes like a thicker and boozier hefeweizen. Quite heavy on the malts and on the booze, with a wholesome mouthfeel that makes it a very nice drink on its own in the winter, very warming and wholesome. Overall a good beer, not the best of the style though.
