50cL bottle, no date. Opaque goldenrod (damn you crayola), stark white foam, decent retention and great lacing. Big banana nose with some bubble gum. Flavor falls real flat, bubble gum up front that fades rapidly to... not much, a little bit of wheat grain and not much else. Palate seems really thin also. Big letdown for me, came into thinking "ZOMG I LOVE Celebrator and Brau Weisse, this is going to be AWESOME". Stupid expectations.

Pours an attractive golden hue with a tight white head. There is little lacing. Aroma is of bread, yeast, and bananas. Palate is smooth with a small amount of carbination. Taste is a nice blend of bread and banana and a bit sweet with a long finish. I enjoyed this as my first weiss-bock.

Opaque gold. Esters and banana nose. Full bodied and heavier than many Ayinger beers. Grainy palate with more banana and a hint of sweetness. Long finish.

Not as dark as some beers I have had in this variety, more like a standard weissbier. Lemony honey aroma, full head . Mouthfeel was medium, carbonation low, easy drinker. Taste of lemons, banana, bread, caramel. Very sweet , could have use dmore hops to bolden the taste more. Very smooth, which was the best attribute, Ive had better Ive had worse. A tad too sweet and malty for me.

A cloudy brown amber on the pour with a large lasting white head. Aroma of sweet malt, yeast, banana and fruity esters. Taste is sweet malt, banana, fruity, yeast, wheat, with some sweet tart notes. A medium body with soft carbonation on the palate. Finish is sweet caramel malt, yeast, some banana and fruity flavors, wheat, ending has some light bitterness for balance. Overall a very good, tasty and flavorful brew. A solid all around ale.

Light hazy gold with no head. Weak aroma & flavor, although the flavor is very good. I was expecting a huge, grand experience like I do with Aventinus, but this was rather disappointing.

Pours cloudy golden yellow, with a big stable white head. Smells fruity with some spice, like most wheat beers. Taste is rich with sweet fruits, banana, spices and a little caramel malts and citrus hops. Texture is creamy, med bodied. Nice lasting aftertaste. This is pretty typical, but very well done wheat beer.

500ml bottle in a weizen glass. Pours cloudy golden with a thick, cream-colored head. Aroma of caramel malts, a hint of butterscotch and nuts, a little wheat, plus some floral and spicy hops. Flavor about the same. Average texture. A pretty good beer.
