330ml bottle courtesy of mr_h. Orange brown colour, not much head. Resin malt aroma. Dry boiled sweet flavour. Bitter aftertaste. A very average pale ale but I love the grim tacky artwork on the bottle.

Pours golden with a decent head. Nose of lemon zest and getting into grapefruit and hay. Taste of lemon zest some pine and cornflakes. Palate light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a dry refreshing finish. Overall I wasn’t so sure but this grew as it went down.

Cask at Glenpark hotel Ayr clear golden ale with delicate citrus nose flavour of orange and lemon with a hint of honey and vanilla giving a slightly creamy ale with a sweet start and a lingering bitter finish

mr_h (2881) - Ayr, SCOTLAND - FEB 8, 2013
Cask by handpump at Glen Park Hotel, Ayr - clear orange amber, good frothy off-white head, some lacing, no detectable aroma at serving temperature, complex flavour, honey, some orange, other citrus, initial sweetness then the bitterness of the hops kicks in, but not intensely, creamy texture, very easy to drink
