Scubatrip (315), Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA Aug 27, 2007 On tap at a brewfest, pours hazy yellowish, ok head. Lightly fruity taste, also kind of tree bark-y. Ok beer, probably wouldn’t order too many of these.

TikiE (351), Sylva, North Carolina, USA May 11, 2008 Smells sweet and fruity, and tastes of malts, wheat, and fruityness. Not to bad, It cheap and good! NachlamSie (1383), Tennessee, USA Apr 12, 2008 Bomber. Pours a hazy light gold with a tall head that sticks around for a while. The aroma is tame and slightly musty, though provides some zestiness and wheaty notes. The mouthfeel is light and fairly fizzy, though refreshing. Fokker is pretty clean and has tiny hints at fruity esters and almost something like grapefruit and lemons. Everything is very light, but nicely done especially considering the style. TURDFERGUSON (1153), Carrboro, North Carolina, USA Mar 23, 2008 22oz bottle from TJ’s. Been passing on this for a while but decided I wanted a little something after a few drinks at the bars. Probably should have waited for a more sober time to drink this as I wasn’t really into it last night, but I did save some for the morning to remind my palate. Pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Nose is lemons, oranges, bready malts, and wheat. Flavor has a lot of citrus and lemons and a distinct tartness for sure but also has a distinct bready malt character that is more evident in the mouthfeel. Must admit this beer is more interesting than I expected. A nice surprise from Azalea. And I probably would never have tried it if it wasn’t for ratebeer. So that says something about why I rate.
