Emil (6077), Copenhagen, Denmark May 4, 2008 Bottle. Blind tasting. A black beer with a beige head. The aroma is of yeast, earth, roasted malt, licorice and grass. so is the taste. My gues is it´s a Bøgedal, there is some stabel notes in there somewhere. Light body with a dry roasted finish.

Very deep rubyish amber colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, some fruits, vanilla and licorice. Flavour is sour wood, some roast and chocolate. Mild notes of yeast too. fonefan (4850), Ulfborg, Denmark Jul 3, 2008 Bottle 75cl @ home. Clear dark brown color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, coffee, dusty, ion. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration.
