Brewed to remember Catherine (the tragic queen, wife of Henry VIII) passing through Ampthill on her last journey. A beautiful tangy citrus beer with a lingering bitter finish.
Bottle from Banks and Taylor at Bromham Mill, Bedford. Medium gold with a white head. Pleasant fruit and malt aroma. Spicy citric taste with a good bitter finish. Decent beer, brewed in October.
