Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Pale gold with a small white head. Very sweet floor polish aroma. Then some citric hop. Very sour citric taste, really not very nice. A little biscuit but not enough. No bitterness to speak of. My daughter thought it was ’drinkable’. Enough said. A rare shocker from B & T.

Clear golden with tiny white head. Sweet aroma with sulphurious and fruity notes. Flavor likewise with a sourish end.

Blackfriers. Aroma is floural hop, hints of grass and pale malt. Taste is similar a touch of grainy malts, grassy and a small hint of bitterness in the finish, but generally balanced.
