Cask - The Moon Under Water (JDW), Boston. Poured a slightly hazy golden yellow with a thick & creamy lasting white head leaving a solid lace. Soapy, light citrus aromas with a slowly developing pale malt and sherbet hop sweetness. Lemon, biscuit & yeast flavours with a short grassy hop finish. Crisp, slightly dry, mostly soft with a delicate spritz.

Ett ljust öl med vitt skum. Doft av hö och malt. Smak av karamellmalt och en viss beska på slutet. En helt OK bruksale.

Handpulled cask at JDW Hatch End, Harrow. Light gold with healthy white head. This beer was in the peak of condition and as fresh as they come. Smooth malty base with a dry bitter finish. Very enjoyable.
