Bottle to glass. Pours a mostly clear Ruby brown color with a light tan head. Aroma is sweet, peppery, blackberry. Light to medium in body with a lingering peppery sweetness. Tasty, but not my favorite from B nektar.

Bottle poured into a snifter. Pours dark with a slightly purple hint. Aroma is fruity, blueberry and raspberry. A hint of clove and citrus in there too. Taste starts out light sweet and ends medium tart. Follows aroma. Just like everything else by these guys, this is another winner.

Draught at The Rover, Gothenburg. Clear ruby color with a minimal head, almost pink. Raspberries, honey, blackberries, grassy lovely aroma. Blackberries, raspberries, honey flavour with nice caramell notes. This is a lovely mead with a surpriceinly low alcohollevel and not sp sweet that mead often are. I love it!

Bottle. Pours darker ruby mahogny (or a bit like some old blood, yikes) in color with a white head. Fresh blackberries, notes of clove and sweet honey in aroma. Nice aromas indeed and they seem to be what the label promises as well. Later on bit of some earthyness and spicyness appears as well aromawise. In taste you get some sweeter indications from the honey but the blackberries are quite strongly present too. A bit tart mouthfeel. The spicyness is there as well, more of some clove and blackberries hits you towards the finish. Consumed the brew somewhere away from the sunlight, let’s see what happens next...but seriously, something suggests that this would be a good one for the christmas weekends.
