bottle... light blush color, no head... strong nose that reminds me of a bit of an amaretto sour, mostly the mix, a bit of cherries, with a dry riesling finish... the taste is mostly a dry riesling with a bit of cherry accent, a bit of sour mix too, but this is really good

Huge thanks to Gillard for bringing me this B. Nektar treat I have never had. Pours a nice light blush hue. Aromas of mildly earthy honey, cherry skins, and subtle wood tones. Flavor is earthy with subtle woody notes. Cherry skins with hints of sweet cherry undertones. A nice honey sweetness backs the fruit. Hints of white grape and a touch of berry juice.

Pours a dead apricot color. Not lively at all. Aroma of huge honey and sugar. Not a lot other than that. Flavor gives up much of the same, with added tart cherry skin and funk. A wonderful dry finish. Good stuff, albeit a touch one-dimensional.

Corked 37.5cl bottle at Papsø’s
Blond color with faded copper and pink shades. Very strong smell of sewage water; followed by light aroma of fruits and Band Aid-like chemicals. Semi-sweet flavor with an immediate alcohol presence; mild honey flavor with light fruity touch; in the final the alcohol is too evident, burning, there are light traces of chemicals, and some astringency on the gums.
It’s not a bad idea, but it has been pushed a bit too far.
