Not sure what I think about it. Very odd. Weird finish...not sweet...not bitter.

Bottle to snifter. Looks decent; a transparent light yellow with thin white lacing. Smells solid; sweet and hoppy. Tastes like it smells only better with great balance, a crisp finish, and a pleasant mouthfeel. As a hophead with gluten issues, I’m REALLY happy to have found this!

Pours clear with only a hint of gold. Aroma is honey, a hint of wildflower and just the faintest of hops. Taste is sweet upfront followed by honey then a hint of ash. The finish is very mild hop bitterness.

Bottle on the RBSG 2012 bus. I don’t know much about mead, but this stuff is delicious. Straight-up stone fruits and honey. I want to drizzle this on a flaky biscuit.

The pour is a clear yellow one with a small layer of white foam. Aroma is nicely hoppy, mostly citrus notes. There is some sweet honey, nice floral aromas, tropical fruit, and sugar. Flavor has a very intense tropical character and lots of lychee. Some citrus, tons of pears, and plenty of sugary sweetness and honey.

50 cl bottle. Pours pale and hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is hoppy, light honey and citrusy. Sweet fruity, honey sugarish and mild peachy hoppy. Sweet and lingering, light peachy. Strange.

not quite colorless, but nearly. no head. this is a pretty unique mix of sweet and hoppy. it works for me, but i can see how others might not like this much. i have had better meads, but none this interesting.

Pours a very clear very light yellow color. Sweet aroma of honey and light fruit. Taste is really sweet like a dessert wine but the hops help to mellow it a bit by adding a slight bitterness. Kinda weird taste in the finish. Overall an ok mead. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
