Thin white wine look, no head. Blossoming lychee and rich bitterness already coming through. Cooling bitterness, cloying at times. Easy going mouth-feel. Light limey finish, oddly citrus.

Pours extremely pale - almost like water - with a thin white head. Aroma is very floral hops with pine. Taste is initially sweet pine with honey coming through for the mid and the finish. Overall a very pleasant mead.

a nice honey sweet mead with a champagne carbonation and mouthfeel an appealing dryness and an entirely hoppy ipa aroma and taste is not a half assed brew! it -my friend- is an impressive feat. bit of green apple in there.

Pours a very light white wine color. A bigger carbonation than I thought it would have. It has somewhat of an off smell. The taste is better with a lot of honey mixed with tropical fruits. A lot of pineapple and peach. At first seems very drinkable but after a little bit of settling not so much. It’s a unique one.

Bottle, sent to me by Sammy-- thanks! Pale yellow with just the slightest tint of green, very fine carbonation. The aroma is almost the perfect clone of fresh lychee fruit, truly astonishing! The palate delivers strong lychee fruit flavour, floral honey, hints of grass and wax. Light bitterness is present in the dry finish. An amazing beverage, thoroughly enjoyable. Very cool.
