COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A semi-sweet wine made with Gewurztraminer grapes, clover and star thistle honey, and aged with dried elderflowers. This mead was made to please the palats of semi-sweet white wine drinkers (think Riesling). It’s usually served chilled and has a spicy/floral finish. Goes great with stronger flavored foods like blue cheese, salmon, spicy dishes, and even a hamburger.
