COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We’ve taken the traditional Arnold Palmer and meadified it. "Dry hopped" black tea with honey and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Maybe we should can this one so we can bring it to the golf course.

Meadified arnold palmer? Sign me up! Very milky hazy orange pour with white head, aroma is dough, some tea, some herbal notes, touch of grass, very odd. Taste is like iced tea with malt and a touch of lemon added, big dry tea leaf notes, with lots of sweet tea notes, hints of bread, finishing fairly dry, bitter.

Bottle. Pours a golden orange with a nice aroma of honey, lemon, and tea. Taste is similar, lots of lemon, honey, tea, and wine notes leading to a sweet finish.

Shared with Zach and Audrie on a hot golfing Sunday, pours a hazy burnt orange color. Nose is strong straight up sweet honey with some mild tannin. Taste is sweet honey flavored citrus laced tea, refreshing but a bit too sweet. Finishes on the lemony sweet tea notes, and here is to the death of the snobby elite over the top golfers. Quaff Score, rated as a mead 8 / 10

Very light, and quite dry. Feels a bit like a soda, or an ice tea, but carbonated, and not as sweet. Tea aroma grows, but I don’t know if I would of identified it as tea if I didn’t know.

Bottle. Orange pour with a few bubbles. Citrus, herbal tea light honey aromas. Honey, light tea, other citrus flavors, Arnold Palmer of mead.

Pour is golden yellow with no head. Aroma and flavor of green tea, black tea, apples, lemon zest, and honey. Its like an arnold palmer with honey and alcohol added. Interesting.

An interesting taste, that will challenge your taste buds. Is it sweet or bitter? Find out yourself.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. A honey blurry colored one this with a faint little sidesticking white top. Lots of honey and honey wax in the aroma here. There’s apple zest, the green sour kind with hints of some sort of citrus fruity. Kumquat? Think so. It’s not directly sweet or sour, more of a thing in between. Balanced I guess you can call this. Honey still ks in the taste as well, lots of grass. Sweet nectar, almost tropical with pineapple. Strange finish, but a really cool name. 02.05.2014

Bottle. Aromas of white wine, raw honey, lemon and green tea. Color is hazy medium amber. Flavor starts lightly sweet and lightly to moderately acidic, then finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately acidic and bitter. Palate is on the lighter side of medium, dry, with an almost flat carbonation and has a dry finish. Refreshing, yet dry, the lemon and tea stand right out in this Mead.

Not as sweet as the other meads these guys make. Very dry. Booze and honey.
