COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We’ve taken the traditional Arnold Palmer and meadified it. "Dry hopped" black tea with honey and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Maybe we should can this one so we can bring it to the golf course.

The aroma is mead like with fruit and honey and a touch of funk. The appearance is golden. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall not worth it.

Like a warped Arnold Palmer with a strange fizz. Kinda funky but not in a good way. Barely worth it ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught at BBB, Gothenburg. Clear amber with almost no head. Tea, honey aroma with some citrus notes. Similar flavour, a nice one not too sweetish.

Sample thx to Mathieu87. APPEARANCE: clear blond mead, almost no head. NOSE: very sweet, alcohol, lots of honey. TASTE: quite sweet again, bit caramel aftertaste, quite alcoholic, fruity in a way, flat, but probably the point for a mead? Lots of honey though.

13.05.2015, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Tiny bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet spiced, honey, yellow apples, black tea powder, weeds, grass, hay, hints of citrus. Taste is slightly dry and fresh, weeds, dry fresh apples, grass, honey, black tea powder, apple skin, bark. Medium bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Shared bottle at "Exploding bottle tasting" at Petros place Chania. Pours hazy golden with no head. Aroma of herbal honey. Taste is light dry, still sweet honey, but the dry tea comes thru and make a strange bitter dry finsh. More strange and interesting than good.

This is a delicious craft beverage fit for a summer pool party. The tea and lemon flavors are perfectly balanced, a real treat that goes down smooth.

Bottle, #343. Pours hazy orange, with a minimal head. Aroma is sweet heather and honey, berries with red currants, and some musty farmhouse notes. Light to medium body, with almost no carbonation. Flavour is sweet, with fruit peel, white tea, lemon juice and light funky notes of wood. Dry wooden finish, with tart lemon peel.

First mead ever to try. Nice, rich, golden color. Moderate carbonation. Aroma of honey and fruits. Same in the taste and a bit of a lemon. Interesting.
