3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from ?? - pours foggy pale gold, still. Aroma is rye bread, smoky oak, brown sugar, and honey. Very boozy on the tongue. I recommend sipping this one so you don’t choke on the burn. Solid.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from unknown place. Pours clear and golden. Fairly big whiskey notes on the nose. Big booze on the tongue at first but mellows a bit as it warms. Lots of whiskey flavor on the tongue. Definitely on the sweet side but it never becomes cloying. Another interesting take on mead from the mead masters.

Still yet another 375 ml bottle thanks to Willrunforbeer. Clear pale yellow color. Aroma is acetone, booze and honey.
The flavor is large sweetness upfront with clover honey, oak, weak ginger and yes... That sharp booze in the finish. I don’t know... Sweet and boozy really isn’t my thing.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Very pale yellow - just a few shades from water. Smells like sugar and honey and rye. Taste is booze. Straight up booze. Feels like taking a shot. I’d prefer more balance.
