COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It’s the annual release of the mead making demonstration mead. Last years mead fest demo, the Meadjito, with a Detroit twist on a traditional Cuban recipe. Made with honey, lime juice and fresh mint grown in the D. Refreshing and delicious. Serve chilled.

UPDATED: AUG 17, 2012 Pours very pale almost clear. Aroma of fresh mint and sugar. Loads of fresh muddled mint up front. A honey like sugary sweetness really backs up the mint flavor. Light lime zest rounds things out. A mojito indeed. Living in Tampa I can really appreciate this. Bring on the Arroz Con Pollo and you have yourself a meal. ¡Viva B. Nektar!

High abv keeps it from being refreshing but the local mint lime juice are excellent.
