500 ml bottle shared by dudeabide- thanks again, Nate! Pours a pale hazed champagne color with a white ring for a head. Ginger pops out of every angle of this, with fresh lemon, pepper, apple, pear, and grape. Light-bodied, with medium to high carbonation and a crisp, dry, tart, and spicy mouthfeel. Pretty refreshing and fun to drink.

Lemon-lime and ginger nose, yeast noticeable. Sparkling, very champagne colored. Apple flavor, with light ginger accents. Dry, with a tangy grapefruit and lemon finish. Not really my style, but others will like it.

Half liter bottle from Beer Run, opened 11/22/14. Pours a hazy pale straw color with a thin fizzy white head that quickly fades. Aroma of spicy ginger, citrus and mild apples. The taste is ginger, dry apple, lemon and other citrus creep up strongly in the finish. Medium bodied, low carbonation, maybe slightly off balance but solid.

On tap at GTMW - Pours pale yellow with no head. Nose is ginger--lots of ginger and some light fruitiness. Not much apple though. Taste is ginger, apple, honey--real well-balanced. Thin and well-carbonated.

Quite delicious and refreshing. Light light yellow color. Spicy ginger definitely spruces things up from a lightly tart apple cider quality. Good ish.

11/8/2014. From bottle. Pale yellow. Spicy aromas. A bit tart with with lemony flavors followed by the ginger, yet in balance. Refreshing brew.

500 ml bottle. Pours a a mostly clear pale straw gold. Pleasant aroma of mild lemon and equally mild ginger along with the base cider. The flavor is exactly the same; the lemon and ginger are both present but neither is overdone or overpowering. Fairly dry at the finish. Enjoyable.

500ml bottle. Pretty expensive ($6), which is par for the course for this brewery (or meadery). Pours really pale yellow, almost like champagne but with fewer bubbles. Aroma was solely of ginger, though Iím all stuffed up with allergies so donít take my word for it. Flavor is cider as described, cider with lemon and a spicy kick of ginger. The Ginger is really spicy, in fact, more so than other ginger-containing beers Iíve had before, but itís not overpowering in ginger flavor. This oneís quite tart as well. Other than itís appearance and the cost, this oneís quite good.
