As far as hard ciders go this is one of the best. Chai tea lightens the whole thing up and adds a touch of cinnamon without the fakeness that comes with adding actual cinnamon flavor. This is one of my favorites from b Nektar

Sweet with nice chai and cinnamon spice. Nice apple flavor and relatively smooth.

Pour is amber/red with a very small white head. Aroma and flavor of christmas spices, green tea, ginger root, clove, cinnamon, lemon zest, and honey. Refreshing and dangerously sessionable.

500mL bottle, pours a clear dark amber with a tiny head. Aroma brings out lots of spiced chai tea and light sweetness. Flavour is rather artificial tasting, with artificial sweetness and spiced chai tea. Nothing elegant about this - really artificial. This could be done well, but this isn’t it.

Bottle - Cinnamon, clove, cardamom and tons of other spice. Clear copper with no head. Sweet and lots of spice. Cols, apple and chai. Too much spice.

Strange color, like a Madeira. Strong chai aroma. Dry mouthfeel, mild acidity, moderate spice flavor, it has traces of cider actually. But you can do this with just apple juice and carbonated water, there is no cider art here.

beerbill (3464) - Laurel, New York, USA - OCT 5, 2014
500 ml bottle. Pours a clear deep amber with a reddish hue with a linen white head that dissipates quickly. Pleasant aroma of sweet apple with lots of chai shining though as well. The flavor of spiced wine during the Holidays with cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger along with the apple. A nice cider to sit and relax with.

Bottle thanks to umich03jm. Pours brown gold with a scant white head. Aroma is apple, parsnip, wet earth. Medium dry cider with some earthiness that I assume comes from the chai.

Pours a ruby copper (is that even a color...but that is what I think of, a copper penny color stained with wine). Sweet apple with spices. The spices balance out what would be otherwise just too sweet. It is enjoyable, but I will admit that towards the end of the glass, I am ready for something else. B. Nektar makes some very tasty beverages, but I like to share the bottle with three or four, as otherwise it is just too much.

Bottle. Pours a clear earthy amber with a near white head that dissipates and completely. Aroma has lots of spice and chai with a sweet apple backbone. Flavor is much more of a spiced apple note with underlying chai and sweetness.
