As far as hard ciders go this is one of the best. Chai tea lightens the whole thing up and adds a touch of cinnamon without the fakeness that comes with adding actual cinnamon flavor. This is one of my favorites from b Nektar

Bottle poured a red amber color with little head. Aroma has lots of tea, spiced Christmas cider, and ginger. Mouth feel is light and there is basically no carbonation. Flavor has a sweet cider underneath, tea, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and a kick of ginger at the end that cuts out any bitterness and plays nicely with the sweetness. On the first taste I thought the spices were a bit too much but it grew on me as the glass went on.

Pour on tap at the meadery, hazy dark red/brown pour with white head, aroma brought notes of sour fruit, kaffir lime, lemon, hints of tea, herbs, some honey, weird. Taste is a mix of sour fruit, grass, grain, chai tea notes with cinnamon, nutmeg, some tea notes with a hint of honey, finishing sweet, spicy.

interesting, as always. enjoyable, however I find the spices though bright and vibrant and warming to be too strong for the cider. would appreciate a lighter touch. on that note, the sweetness is distracting and becomes obtrusive by the time it warms - maybe next time I’ll drink half and keep the other half ice cold till later. apple is fairly boring and one-note, but seems fresh, if a little raw. alcohol is absent, a fairly bitter astringency that I assume is from spices is actually helping with the sweet finish somewhat. Fairly well done; would have again.

Bottle (courtesy of BiiruBierBeer) pours with a crystal clear amber body that exhibits thin legs. The aroma offers up big apple sweet notes and a wide load of cinnamon and then more apple at the end of the draw. The taste delivers apple sweetened smooth cinnamon spiciness and then plenty of more apply sweet goodness midway and into the finish.

(bottle - 500 ml) Orange pour with not much head or carbonation. Sweet apples in the aroma with a mixture of clove and chai. Spicy sweet apple and tea flavor with a mild bitterness from the clove and chai coming up at the end. Spices don’t overpower.

bottle. Deep copper with minimal head. Sweet cider with a light tartness and moderate chai flavor. Good flavor, but not much complexity.

Pours a nice bronze color with no head. The aroma is fresh apples with cinnamon and tea like spices. A very smooth drink. Soft. The first cider I have had from B. Nektar and I’m not disappointed. A strong variety of spices mixed into an herbal tea. Very drinkable. I’m a fan. And a great name. It would never be bad to have a Big Lebowski cider. I guess next is a White Russian.

Pint bottle, thanks to umich03jm. Shared with b3shine. Clear amber - brown color. Pretty much no head, just a minimal ring of off-white. Fantastic huge tea aroma, light to moderate tai spice, and red apple. Tastes delicious, all works very well together. Some cinnamon. Seeing some of the ginger mentioned by b3shine. Medium body. Very light carbonation, almost flat relative to other ciders but this doesn’t hurt the beer at all... In fact it’s intensely easy-drinking, much easier drinking than your typical cider. The ultra-refreshing and delicious flavor probably helps with that. Lightly slick finish. Moderate sweet taste, light bitter, light spiciness. Fantastic, delicious, flavorful cider.

500 ml bottle to snifter (shared by DrSilverworm). Looks good; a fairly transparent amberish brown with very thin eggshell lacing. Smells solid; a great balance of cider and tea. Tastes like it smells with well-balanced notes of spices too. Some cinnamon and clove, and a hint of ginger. Really tasty.

Medium amber pour. Wow. Chai , apples and honey. Really tasty. The chai is a neat addition and really good!
