3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Had this back at the RBSG 2010 Grand Tasting. Lovely, huge, fruity aroma of peach and a bit of citrus; really big. Sweet-ass but not cloying flavor of honey, licorice. A lovely, refreshing mead.

Slightly tart apple flavour with spicy honey flavours underneath. Very clean with a nice almost-sherbet character. Quite light in body, lovely long tart finish with just the slightest hint of alcohol. Really interesting, lovely stuff.
