COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional mead made with wildflower honey from the thumb area of Michigan. The honey makes a richly complex mead, full of aromas and flavors of many of Michigan’s natural flora. We age this mead on American oak wich softens it and adds some nice vanilla notes.

Bottle thanks to Craig, The appearance is clear very pale gold. The nose is rich, oily, fragrant, slick, honey, crunchie and floral. The taste is slick, oily, bergamot, honey, slightly sticky, some warming alcohol and some dried florals with a slick mouth - feel. Medium + body and oily mouth - feel. Not much depth, but drinkable.

Very pale, cheap white wine body and no bubbly head with slick trails of lacing. Nose is a bit petrolly soaked elderlower, bit of a wild crunch and light pepperiness. Thumbs up there after a bit. Kinda soapy floral initial taste, wishy washy floral and no real bite. Carbonation is thinly slick but the mouthfeel doubles up with that boozy burn despite the fact it’s 14%. Finishes clean, slips away and a breezy sweet linger. Solid but not quite in their premier good times vibe.
