Zombie Killer Cherry Cyser is made with Michigan tart cherry juice, apple cider and star thistle honey. It is sweet but balances nicely with the tart cherries. Be careful...it is extremely addicting and refreshing. Serve cold...Zombies hate the cold!

Backlog bottle thanks to so many good ratebeerians. The smell is apple pie, very good, cherry fruit, and honey. The look is clear, no head, legs. The taste is sweet, great, fruits.

PorterPounder (6219) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - DEC 17, 2013
Tallahassee, Fl - ABC Fine Wine & Spirits - Bull Run - 500 ml bottle. Sparkling medium golden pour with a slight pink hue to it. Aroma is pleasantly sweet with some light cherry accents, a touch of bubble gum, some honey accents. Flavor has a unique sweetness to it, hints of cherry juice, some honey sweetness, a bit of sourness in the back end. Mouthfeel has a nice smoothness to it. Wasn’t sure what to expect and wouldn’t normally pluck down $11 for a mead - but hit it big on a scratch-off I got at a Christmas Party - so what the heck!

Bottle poured a honey pink color with no sediment at all. Aroma has clean fruity honey, mild cherry, and some apple. Mouth feel is light and there is no sugar on the tongue. Flavor has mellow honey, mild fresh cherry, green apples, and a finish that drops right off.

Bottle from Corks & Kegs in Richmond VA. It’s clear pink/orange in the glass with no head at all. Apple, honey, and cherries are in the aroma. Lots of apple, much cherry, both the sweetness and earthiness of honey, and a hint of peaches are present in the taste. It’s definitely sweet, but I just finished a bottle in 15 minutes and I want another one.
