COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Zombie Killer Cherry Cyser is made with Michigan tart cherry juice, apple cider and star thistle honey. It is sweet but balances nicely with the tart cherries. Be careful...it is extremely addicting and refreshing. Serve cold...Zombies hate the cold!

Aroma: This one has a super sweet nose of honey, apple, and some other fruits
Appearance: This one pours a clear golden-orange color with no head or lace at all
Flavor: The flavor is super sweet too, pretty much exactly what you’d expect from the nose
Palate: The body is light-medium, it is almost cloyingly sweet, and has a fairly soft carbonation
Overall Impression: There’s some interesting components here, but overall, it a mead, and its too sweet. Still though, this is pretty good for the style, and even though it may not be something I’d want to drink a ton of, I respect what they were trying to do with this one.

Pours a still orange red Nose that has an odd earthy funkiness , honey, and some phenol hairspray notes. it tastes like a cherry fruit cocktail with cherries dominating and other mysterious apple/grape flavors. The sweet earthy honey comes in with a note of bitterness. I really like the honey in here, but most of the rest of it is just ok.

Pours a light red color, almost pink, with no head. Aroma is musty sweet honey, apple cider, and cherries. Taste is a great balance of all 3 aromas. Starts very sweet but the tart finish really helps to calm it. Slightly dry champagne like finish. Really good mead. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I’m just getting into mead so understand my possible ignorance. This smells like champagne and cherries. It looks like a champagne and white zin mixed. Flavor is full of cherries juice and raw sugar with a mead after taste. Overall it’s just too sweet for my taste but good for what it is.

Wow... Pinkish red pour with no head. Aroma is super sweet, sugary sweet, cherries and some apple notes, light berries. Flavor is similar. Sugar and cherries up front, with light lingering notes. Way too sweet for me, and not pleasurable compared to a regular mead.

Pours a slightly tinted red but honey color. Small soapy white head. Notes of fresh honey, capri sun, and vanilla. LIvely somewhat thin mouthfeel. I’m not feeling this, it is far too soda like.

Sour cherry and raspberry flavors balanced by the honey tones. A little on the pricey side. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at the Colorado Mead Tasting ’12, courtesy of Armin. Thanks Man! Pour is pinkish-orange, almost salmon with no head and decent legs. Sweet cherries, strawberry, honey, light biscuit, and grapes in the aroma. Taste is white zin, raspberries, light oak, sweet fruits, and honey with a nice lingering sweet finish. Light body with fizzy carbonation. Seriously tasty mead!
