COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Zombie Killer Cherry Cyser is made with Michigan tart cherry juice, apple cider and star thistle honey. It is sweet but balances nicely with the tart cherries. Be careful...it is extremely addicting and refreshing. Serve cold...Zombies hate the cold!

Just a teeny bit too sour for me..... even though I really am into sour style beers, I am not used to this much cherry in my drank. Otherwise, its my favorite fruit-mead ever! Consider this zombie "cleared".

Bottle. 4/23/13. Very excited for this. Pours translucent light-red with no head. Aroma is very sweet; fruity, cherry, watermelon (?), apple, sweetness (honey? caramel?) difficult to peg down. Taste is excellent; highly sweet, but not cloying; sweet, tart, apples, cherries, hints of bubblegum, vanilla, cinnamon. Medium-high carbonation; very appropriate here. Light bodied, thin, slick mouth feel. Soda-like, in a good way.

Zombie Killer Cherry Cyser is made with Michigan tart cherry juice, apple cider and star thistle honey. It is sweet, but balances artfully with the tart cherries. Be careful...it’s extremely addicting and refreshing.

Bottle. Very clear reddish-gold color. This smells like sour apple juice. It also tastes like sour apple juice with a hint of cherry. Very enjoyable.

Too sweet but it does have a nice tartness that doesn’t balance but at least cuts some sweetness.

B. Nektar Zombie Killer. Serving: 500 ml. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a pinkish amber color with no real head. The nose is sweet with notes of honey, cherries and apple. The flavor highlights both the honey and dark cherry notes with a touch of tartness to balance out the honey sweet finish. Relatively light on the tongue. Sort of a mead/cyser blend. Nice.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with a medium to small white head. The aroma is apples, cherries and honey. The flavor is sweet but also tart cherry with notes of apple cider and light honey. This is friggin great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

50 cl bottle at home. Thanks Ramy! Apricot / pink-ish appearance with no head. Green apples, cherries, red berries, vanilla and cinnamon on the nose. Mild, fruity taste that reminds me of cider. Apples, cherries, cinnamon and vanilla. Like a Scanian apple pie but more tart. Would love to have this on the shelves in Sweden, really nice.

Draft @ Trion. Sour fruity lactic aroma. Clear apricot with a fizzy ring of bubbles. Sweet lactic cherry flavor. Light body, flat carbonation. Nice.

This one poured a nice pinkish yellow color with a very small white head. Aroma was pretty all what I expected, honey, apple cinnamon, and cherries, very inviting. Flavor was the same only more prominant. First is apple and cinnamon, then a big mouthful of honey, followed by a sour cherry finish. Great Great stuff.
