COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Zombie Killer Cherry Cyser is made with Michigan tart cherry juice, apple cider and star thistle honey. It is sweet but balances nicely with the tart cherries. Be careful...it is extremely addicting and refreshing. Serve cold...Zombies hate the cold!

Hunahpu Day pour #7. Pours pink and pretty like a white zinfandel. Aroma is very much like a sweet muscato wine. Nice. Sweet honey up front with a beautiful cherry finish that had some tartness to go along with it. Eady drinking, and bot too sweet. Nice mead.

On tap at hunahpu day ccb. Poor looks like sparkling cranberry juice. Aroma is cranberry honey. Great blend of mead and cider. Light crisp cherry apple sweet sour all around fantastic for its style. I don’t know how to improve it.

Bottle from Shep's in St. Pete. Clear pinkish color pour with no head. Aroma was tons of sweet honey and light cherries. Bits of pie. Flavors were right there too. Lots of cherry and sweet honey. Hints of vanilla. Big syrupy body, slightly viscous. Light candy like. Dessert. Very nice.

Draft. Very sweet, candy like. Cherry up front fades into sweetness followed by blast of apple at the end. Felt like i was drinking candy. Pretty good, liked the changing flavor profile but overall too sweet for my taste.

Lovely, refreshing and crisp. This is a beautifully pleasant spring or summer beer. The aroma is lightly floral, the color a slight pink, and the finish is extremely clean, much like the effect of sorbet in cleansing the palate. The native sweetness of the mead is minimized by delicate touches of the tart cherry juices. Enjoy this extremely cold. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear burnt orange. Nose is mild: sweet cheap candy, cherry soda. Taste is cherry soda, honey, some cough syrup, cheap hard candy. Mild tartness. Sweet sticky candy finish. Watery mouthfeel. Crisp and refreshing, but a little too sweet for my tastes.

Bottle. Surprisingly small aroma. Then things get much better. Crisp, tart and clean. Carbonated bite. Cherry finish.

Bottle into a goblet. Translucent deep pink. Lots of bubbles, no head. Sweet light cherry juice aroma. Taste is fresh lightly tart cherry with tinges of floral honey. Very pleasant.

Bottle shared by Drew. Thanks! Pours a pinkish hued gold, quite effervescent. Nose is fantastic. Clean floral honey and a crisp apple quality, balanced by a noted cherry. I get a hit of anise as well, which works somehow. On tasting, super clean and delicious. Good carbonation works wonders here. Light honey sweetness, balancing apple tartness and a drying cherry finish. Superb stuff.
