COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Zombie Killer Cherry Cyser is made with Michigan tart cherry juice, apple cider and star thistle honey. It is sweet but balances nicely with the tart cherries. Be careful...it is extremely addicting and refreshing. Serve cold...Zombies hate the cold!

500 ml bottle received in trade. Thank you lionsandbeer! Pours tiny hazy reddish golden with a small fizzy golden head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with sweetened white bread, red apples, black cherries, honey, hay, cinnamon, apple sauce, dry apple cider, cherry pits, dry wood and hints of sour cherries and cherry hard candy. Taste is sweet and fruity with black cherries, sour cherries, cherry hard candy, sweet apples, cookie dough, honey, lemon zest, cinnamon, cloves and hints of apple cider vinegar and ginger. Mouthfeel is slightly round, tiny sticky sweet, slightly fruity tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is sweet and fruity with apples, cherry hard candy, hay, sweet white bread, cherry pits, sour cherries and honey. Not sure if I love or hate this but it’s solid, very solid...

Purchased at Evolution Liquors in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home while watching playoff hockey and setting up a new laptop. Appearance is like a light cherry juice, lots of carbonation at first that dissipates like 7-UP. Aroma is a nice blend of cherries and honey, kind of smells like a soda though. Taste has a nice light tartness, moderate carbonation, finishes dry, but is very easy drinking, also can taste the honey effect of this. Overall this is pretty great, I don’t know if it met my expectations because I was expecting something outstanding, but it is very good...maybe not $10 a bottle good though.

Fresh ripe cherry nose, honey underneath. Clear orange, fizzy pour, little visible carbonation in the glass.Cherries from start to finish, honey appears only at midpalate. Straightforward, but very tasty and superbly well done. NIce soft carbonation. Lovely.

From a trade with Westmeister...thanks, Wes! Nice sparkling pink...looks like a rose champagne. Nose of cherry and slight dustiness. Nice carbonation. Dusty cherry again on taste. Finishes sweet but clean. Poundable.

UPDATED: MAR 16, 2014 Thanks to the Brick Store for providing me with my first opportunity to try Mead. Pours a light orange with a thin head. The scent is apples and fruit. Flavor reminds me of apple cider, which is my favorite non-alcoholic beverage. Mouthfeel is a tad oilier than I had expected. I would like to give a few more Meads the opportunity to cross my palate. Rerated on 3/16/14 after HMOG. Draft - Brick Store Pub - Decatur, GA

Reddish gold, no head. Smells like cherry, honey and apple. Taste is lots of fresh fruit, cherries and apple again, with a good dose of honey. Sweet, but not cloying.
