COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Zombie Killer Cherry Cyser is made with Michigan tart cherry juice, apple cider and star thistle honey. It is sweet but balances nicely with the tart cherries. Be careful...it is extremely addicting and refreshing. Serve cold...Zombies hate the cold!

Clear burnt orange. Nose is mild: sweet cheap candy, cherry soda. Taste is cherry soda, honey, some cough syrup, cheap hard candy. Mild tartness. Sweet sticky candy finish. Watery mouthfeel. Crisp and refreshing, but a little too sweet for my tastes.

Bottle. Surprisingly small aroma. Then things get much better. Crisp, tart and clean. Carbonated bite. Cherry finish.

Bottle into a goblet. Translucent deep pink. Lots of bubbles, no head. Sweet light cherry juice aroma. Taste is fresh lightly tart cherry with tinges of floral honey. Very pleasant.

Bottle shared by Drew. Thanks! Pours a pinkish hued gold, quite effervescent. Nose is fantastic. Clean floral honey and a crisp apple quality, balanced by a noted cherry. I get a hit of anise as well, which works somehow. On tasting, super clean and delicious. Good carbonation works wonders here. Light honey sweetness, balancing apple tartness and a drying cherry finish. Superb stuff.

500 ml bottle. Pours a clear dark honey color. Sweet spicy aroma. Flavors of mild cherry and honey. Only my 2nd mead. Reminds me of a dry fruity wine with touch of wine cooler. Just enough cherry tartness to offset the extreme sweetness. Very tasty. Low enough abv that you could drink a couple, but at $9/bottle a bit pricy.

Bottle from trade with umich03jm. Rose colored pour, like a wine, no head, aroma is light of cherries, and slightly wine like, with hints of apple. Flavor is moderately sweet with a good presence of cherries as well as apples. Reminds me of a sweet wine. Finishes with a sweet, slightly tart taste. Refreshing and easy to drink, and nice to have tried something new.
