3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. pours a nice pinkish red with no head, sparkling bubbles throughout though. Aroma has a fresh apple and cherry juice. Flavors defines refreshing, snappy apples, juicy tart cherries, on a blanket of honey wine, finishes very dry, crisp, and well refreshing. Itís hard to imagine there could be a human living who wouldnít find this enjoyable. Itís not the most complex drink youíll ever have but sometimes you donít need complex. My only issue with it is that itís $8/bottle. I know thatís not crazy expensive but itís so light and easy to drink that since I pretty much want to session this daily Iíll probably just avoid it more than Iíd like.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft! Yes indeed. Courtesy of Darrell, thank you sir! Color of rose wine. Aroma of dried apple skins and cranberries. Taste starts sweet, like grandmaís apple pie, but it has a crisp edge. Iím not a mead fan, but this is one of the best Iíve had.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Aromas of apple, cherry, white wine, honey, cinnamon and a hint of lemon. The pour starts with small white bubbles and quickly diminishes to nothing. Color is sparkling clear rose pink. Flavor starts lightly to moderately sweet and moderately acidic and sour, then finishes lightly sweet and acidic and again sour. Palate is light to medium, watery with a soft carbonation and a lightly dry finish. The honey and fruit stand right out up front in this Mead, and there are a few derived tastes in here as well.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Sampled at an ESBLS tasting. It poured a reddish/orange color with a light pink head. The aroma was of cherry juice. The taste was cherry juice with some honey sweetness that was there on the finish. Tasty.

From the bottle at Big Beers. Gonna take this rating off the rails: It smells and tastes like a kidís pencil eraser...donít ask. Good for you normal folks too.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from Samís Quik Shop in Durham. Pours nearly clear light orange-ish pink with a slight head, though mostly still. Nose is hugely honey, but not cloyingly so. Floral, apple, and cherry notes. Tastes adds a bit more tart sweetness; a still a great mix of the elements. Finishes nicely dry.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pour is pale fizzy yellow with some hints of pink and orange. Little to no head at all. Aroma is of sweet apple cider, cherry juice, and slight acidity. Flavor is much like the aroma but more pronounced. Tons of carbonation but drinkable and enjoyable. A good "gateway" beer for the ladies.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
First mead review. Pours a translucent golden pink on tap with no head or lacing to speak of. Smell of cherry, apple, booze. Taste follows suit with sweet tartness on the finish. More like a cider than I thought.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tart cherry aroma, pinkish hue on a gold, clear backdrop. A little sour, with sweetness coming out in the finish where the honey makes itself known. Pretty good and very different , unique.
