Zombie Killer Cherry Cyser is made with Michigan tart cherry juice, apple cider and star thistle honey. It is sweet but balances nicely with the tart cherries. Be careful...it is extremely addicting and refreshing. Serve cold...Zombies hate the cold!

Rated on 6-14-2015 (Bottle) The appearance is a small head, transparent golden body and fast rising carbonation. The aroma is sweet, honey, light apple, and cherries. The flavor is sweet, honey, apple, light tart cherries, and finishes dry. The mouthfeel is smooth and this mead is medium bodied. A quaffable and easy drinking mead.

Sampled from a 16/oz brown bottle this cider poured an orange-caramel color with a trace soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweet honey, tart cherry and faint apple. The flavor was sweet apple, honey, cherry and nutmeg. Long finish. Medium body. well done.

Bottle from a Liquor store in Glen Rock. Appearance: Pours clear, pinkish gold with some orange. Aroma is honey with a hint of sourness. Taste of honey, sour cherry, faint apple. While it starts sweet, when allowed to sit on the tongue, it is more sour. More apple in the finish than in the beginning with light taste of alcohol. Sweet but there is enough sour cherry to make it non-cloying. Quite drinkable and quite refreshing as they noted. IF the aroma was as complex as the taste, I’d probably give it around a 4.1/4.2. Nice though

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a head of frothy fine to medium sized white colored bubbles that were very quickly diminishing and left behind a very softly carbonated transparent orange colored body and a oily lacing. The mild aroma was honey. The crisp mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The nice flavor contained notes of honey and cherry. An OK brew just nothing special.

50 cl bottle @ home. Pours clear pinkish golden with an off-white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma and flavour are cherries, honey, and apples - with a dry finish.

Pink in color like a cherry 7UP, mild carbonation but not overly annoying. Touches the tongue very sweet and finishes dry - A nice combination. I didn’t really notice the honey, but the cherry was there.
