Pale cherry. The aroma is light cherry and hints of mead. Balanced and clean with light fruitiness. Very light carbonation. Sweet honeyish finish with light fruitiness. Not a ton of complexity, kind of an introductory mead. A little to populist for my tastes.

on tap @Cajun Sourfest-pours pink/orange with a fizzy white head. Aroma is sweet medium fruit, honey, light malt. Taste is sweet medium fruit-cherry, honey, light malt, herbal.

Bottle. Poured clear reddish pale color with good legs. Moderate tart fruit, honey and small alcohol aroma. Medium to full body with a thick smooth texture and long legs. Medium tart fruit and honey flavor with a medium to heavy complex sweet finish of moderate duration. Pleasing smooth alcohol burn. Good mead.

Bottle... Farewell to ibrew2or3... Clear pink/rose mead. I really struggled, to no avail, to smell anything at all and came up with only a trace of cherries. Full-bodied and oily with modest carbonation. The flavor is fruity with heavy sweetness and medium acidity. Finishes sweet, then acidic and fairly dry. Bottle courtesy of askofficerfriendly!

Draft! Yes indeed. Courtesy of Darrell, thank you sir! Color of rose wine. Aroma of dried apple skins and cranberries. Taste starts sweet, like grandma’s apple pie, but it has a crisp edge. I’m not a mead fan, but this is one of the best I’ve had.

Tap at Max’s. Pours clear ruby with no head. Aroma is cherry, apple, light dry grass/straw with honey notes. Flavor is light cherry and dry grass/straw with honey notes and a dry finish. Medium to light body, low warmth and carbonation.

Bottle thanks to travita. Pours with a very pale, peachy hued body with a small white head. Aromas are of cherries, plastic, honey, medium alcohol, and a bit of stone fruit. Flavors are sweet, pie cherries, grassy. Light fruit, a bit of apple. Medium sweet throughout, medium bubbles, lighter bodied.
