Zombie Killer Cherry Cyser is made with Michigan tart cherry juice, apple cider and star thistle honey. It is sweet but balances nicely with the tart cherries. Be careful...it is extremely addicting and refreshing. Serve cold...Zombies hate the cold!

First two meads were gross.. Let’s try this one. Tart wine aroma. Raspberry note. Pours a rose color. Minimal bubbles. Smooth on the taste. Tart. Cherry notes. Sweet. A little wet on the finish. The best mead I’ve ever had. Sweet tart and wet on the plate. Great mead! I will be checking out more for sure. Plus I can rep the old home state. :)

Pours a clear pink gold with low legs. Nose is of cherry lifesavers, plain and simple. Taste is lightly sweet with some good cider notes and cherries again. Honey sweetness without the honey flavors, I guess. Body and carbonation were moderate. A pretty nice sweet cider, different!

Bottle (500 ml) shared at tasting. Clear pale golden with reddish hues without head and much lacing. Aroma is very nice with cherries, cinnamon, candies, apples, mild honeyed notes and a bit of cough syrup. Taste is moderately sweet with tart cherries, honeyed notes, floral presence and cough syrup. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Tart and fruity finish. Very good tart cherry cider with a nice honey touch. Lovely.

Aroma is more Apple than honey, and more honey than cherry - though it comes out a bit as it warms. Color is red tinged dark golden w no head. Flavor is like a nice sweet and lightly tart apple cider blended with a New Glarus Belgian Red. Flavor definitely stood out and feel was refreshing. One of the better ciders, just wish it wasn’t so expensive.

Bottle@ABC Tavern, Cleveland, USA. Light/medium earthy aroma of apple. Light golden color with no head. Clear liquid. Medium taste with artificial honey and apple. Simple with narrow taste spectrum and short after taste with apple. Light/medium body with medium carbonation. Overall, too light and artificial.

beautiful cinamoney honeyesque apple aroma. Taste matches that, more sweetness, but not sticky. Spicing perfect, not OTT, but making you ignore the slushy snow outside. Refreshing palate. So much sweet apple, lovely.

Small (1 or 2 oz.) pour, from a bottle, at Beer Dabbler Winter Carnival. Consumed on 2-6-16. Pours a pale, peach color with very little head. Nice shade of color. Floral, fruity aroma features scents of honey and cherry. Pleasant smell. Apple taste. Sharp yet quite sweet and floral flavor. Tart, especially in the finish; the finish also is dry. There’s something I don’t love about the flavor. Thin body. Lively enough but insubstantial in the palate.
