500 ml bottle thanks to Doug. Spicy apple, soft honey, cherries-slightly tart. Very easy to drink. The balance is great, not overly sweet or tart. Glad I got to try this.

Pours a clear thin red. Nose and taste are big on the tart cherries which is well cut with the honey sweetness. A good drink but way over hyped.

Nice, though it took a minute for this to really sink in. The nose was very light and restrained but closer examination revealed a nice soft honey tone. Color was a pink salmon type color, light effervescence. Flavor was semi-sweet honey up front, light and restrained, light mouthfeel, hints of sour cherry and a semi-dry finish. In the end the honey notes were light but quite pleasing, and the cherry added a nice touch.

Shared by someone at the Monte’s Krown tasting yesterday. Ok, this is the first mead I’ve ever had, and I gotta say, if all meads are this good, consider me a huge mead fan. Pours a clear light pink. Slightly funky and sour in the nose. A bit sweet and cloying in the mouth, but has a nice sour/funk that I can get behind. Pleasant.

Pale cherry. The aroma is light cherry and hints of mead. Balanced and clean with light fruitiness. Very light carbonation. Sweet honeyish finish with light fruitiness. Not a ton of complexity, kind of an introductory mead. A little to populist for my tastes.

Not sure what I expected with this one but doesn’t disappoint. Interesting cherry, cooked/caramelized apples, with very faint honey. Quite refreshing. Nicely balanced, not overpowering tart or sweet.

Pours a nice rose color with no head to be seen, but nice side clinging bubbles. Aromas of cherries, sweet apples and hint of floral notes. I thought the flavor was gonna be sweeter and Im glad it wasn’t.... the flavor profile follows the nose with nice hints of sour cherry, ripe apple and a bit of floral rosey notes that have a similar winey flavor of a fruit heavy rose’ Great summer session drink... enjoying now on a 70˙ day after working in the garden. Pours clear very pale pink color. Aromas of cherries and apples. Tart cherry and sweet apple flavors with honey and white wine. Medium body with no carbonation. Nice and refreshing.
