COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Zombie Killer Cherry Cyser is made with Michigan tart cherry juice, apple cider and star thistle honey. It is sweet but balances nicely with the tart cherries. Be careful...it is extremely addicting and refreshing. Serve cold...Zombies hate the cold!

I’m just getting into mead so understand my possible ignorance. This smells like champagne and cherries. It looks like a champagne and white zin mixed. Flavor is full of cherries juice and raw sugar with a mead after taste. Overall it’s just too sweet for my taste but good for what it is.

2013 bottle to a snifter. Color is a orange and rose blush with no head. Aroma is a very sweet cherry and honey, almost cotton candy like. Taste is the same with a little tartness. Cloying but with a wine like dryness at the end. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A lightly red tinted clear color. Smells of honey, cherry, a little funk and tartness. Very sweet initial honey taste with a good amount of the cherry/apple juice underneath, dry finish. Definitely a white wine quality. A good interesting taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0.5l bottle shared with The Tasting Crew. This is a clear pinkish hued peach orange one with a thin quickly sidesticking white top. Smells of cherries, rose water, orange zest, apple wine and grapefruit. It has a soft to average cider carbonation and a surprisingly thin mouthfeel. Cherries, grapefruit, blood oranges. The apples is dominating, but it has a honey sweetness in the background. Something that reminds me of flour in here as well. A different hybrid that reminds me a lot of... well, a soda/alco pop? 20.03.2013

On tap at Ridgewood (Raleigh) Nice reddish color. Very clear. Not much of an aroma. Taste is very sweet, and very good. I am not a fan of meads or hard coders, but this stuff could be very dangerous. Sweet summer drink with almost no hint of alcohol. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours clear, bright golden/ bronze with some red and pink notes, beatifull. A small rim and effervescent carb. Aroma is cidery green apples with some red fruits and seasiness. Flavor is cherry just the right ammount of sweetness balanced by a very slight lemony sourness, very gentle but firm cherry aftertaste. Light to medium mouthfeel, refreshing, intense and very enjoyable.

I am new to meads. B Nektar’s Zombie was very good in my humble opinion. Draft at Coffee District in Delray Beach, FL. American pint glass. Golden amber color with thin white head. Aroma of apples, sweet citrus and honey. Taste was sweet (of course) with apples, honey, and citrus (orange) like sweetness. I didn’t get much tart from the cherries. Very refreshing after drinking two stouts and a barley wine.

I haven’t had too many meads, but this is an exceptional drink. Picked it up in Grand Rapids on the recommendation of one of the employees of a liquor store. The apple and cherry are both apparent, but neither dominates. Sparkling and refreshing.

Bottle. Rusty amber with dense, white foam ring around the edge of the glass and meandering bubbles on the surface. Aroma is sweet and slightly spicy with cherry notes(the spice), apple juice and soft honey (both the sweet). Taste is cherry pie with an apple juice reduction and honey drizzled over it. Sweet but not overdone and the cherry seems more out front than the apple or honey. They come in more on the back end of things. Body is light-medium with no carbonation on the tongue and tons of sweet stickiness. Ends with more cherry pie notes, apple juice, apple cider, hints of cinnamon (or cinnamon-like flavors) and honey.
