COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - April.
Golden ale brewed with a very bitter finish. This Beer is brewed using Pearl Pale Malt, Crystal Malt, Wheat Malt and Mount Hood Hops.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. A rare new rate for me from B&T. Very similar to their Golden Fox. Allegedly different hops. Pale gold with a white head. Citric aroma and strong grapefruit taste. Sharp bitter finish. Not my favourite.

Cask handpull at Ship & Mitre April Fest 08. Copper with lasting cream head. Bit buttery. Faint hop on finish. Diacetyl, not much, but definitely there, which means that I’m not keen.

Cask Conditioned at the Hop Pole Inn, Aylesbury. Fine condition, tight head, golden/cooperish. Grape skin aroma. Sweet, fruity flavour with a dry finish. Interesting but not brilliant.
