Cask conditioned Pint at Uxbridge Arms, Chasetown. Appearance is a light yellow perfectly clear. Decent white fluffy head. Aroma is of lemon, malt and light hoppiness. Taste is lightly bitter, with somelemon coming through. Malty bittersweet finish. Enjoyable enough but nothing too mind blowing. Good summer beer.

Draught (Elm Tree, Cambridge)
Quite pungent hops in the aroma. Pale, brief loose head. Taste has some swimming pool. Very dry resiny finish - leaves you thirstier than when you started.

Theydon_Bois (7941) - The ’Sham, Surrey, ENGLAND - NOV 10, 2012
Cask at the Seven Stars, Rugby - 31/10/12. Lightly hazed pale golden, cleared up after a few minutes, with a good sized white head. Nose comprises caramel malt, light floral tones, a little citrus and a touch of soap. Tastes of caramel, light citrus, touch of tropical fruit. Medium bodied with soft carbonation, fairly smooth on the palate.

Cask at the Elm Tree, Cambridge. Clear yellow straw coloured pour with a broken thin white head and no lace. There’s a hint of malt in the aroma, but all the enjoyment is in the lovely peppery, spicy, bitter flavour. That pepper hits the palate and stays around for quite a while. A really super session beer. Worth hunting down.
