Cask at the Royal Oak Beer Festival, Oakley, Bucks/Oxon border 03-05-08 Mid golden colour with a tiny white film masquerading as a head. Initially I got a slightly watered down marmaladeyness, the taste seemed quite spacious in the mouth quite fruity but there was a real ginger burn to this , it was nice enough but for me it lacked in a few areas.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Amber. Faint sweetness in the aroma. Fresh, slightly sour fruit taste, perhaps pear. Lingering bitter finish. Delicious.
