dunkelbraun mit Rotstich mit festem feinen Schaum. Das Aroma ist dominiert von Röstnoten mit Bitterschokolade und süßlichen Fliedernoten. Ebenfalls zu erkennen sind Waldhonignoten.Auch im Geschmack dominieren die Röstnoten diesmal mehr Bitterschokolade und Kaffee. Es ist leicht bitter im Abgang und in der Rezenz sehr angenehm.

(Draught at Pivovarsky Klub, Prague, 30 July 2011) Dark brown colour, almost black, with hints of ruby. Lasting beige head. Roasted, malty nose with dark bread, raisins, prunes, caramel and chocolate. Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark fruit, raisins, prunes, caramel, chocolate and a mild bitter-sweet, toasty finish. Medium body. Very well balanced and tasty. Nice one.

On tap: Deep ruby-amber coloured, big creamy tanned head, light to moderate dryish toasty-caramelly nose, a subtle fruitiness underneath; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, pretty soft; lingering fruity and sweet caramelly-toasty finish. Well crafted czech stuff.....

Draught. Sweet liquorice aroma. Almost black colour, seems clear. Small stable light brown head. The flavour is nicely roasted, hint of liquorice. Very slight sweetness. Well-rounded.

on tap at the Zly Casy beer festival. Deep dark colour, nearly black with a creamy beige head. Aroma of caramel. Lots of caramel and roasetd malt with a touch of espresso/coffee and cocoa powder. Medium to low carbonation that gives a very smooth and creamy mouthfeel.
