COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mohutné pivo, které si při své velké síle a hořkosti zachovalo pitelnost klasického čekého ležáku. Vhodné ke zvěřině, smetanovým omáčkám, aromatickým sýrům a přepadne-li vás smutek. Optimální teplota pro konzumaci je 10 – 12°C.

7th Oct 2014 in the brewery tasting room: the last and third offering from the head brewer who had conducted the tour and poured our beers while answering questions from our group of beer geeks. Nice set up with some good cold food to help the flow of beers go down. Anyway back to this beers attributes: Poured from a tap, it was clear amber with a creamy, lasting head on each pour. Aroma is malty and semi-sweet, as is the taste. The alcohol is not hidden too well because the beer does not have enough flavour or depth to carry it off, I had three 0.3 litre glasses just to make sure I knew what I was talking about! The finish did have some hop bitterness but this is a malt dominated brew that does not need so much alcohol within it’s make up.

Výčap Salón piva. Tmavšia zlatá farba, biela pena. Vôňa sladová, sladká. V chuti sladovosť a chmeľ v pozadí. Z piva dosť cítiť alkohol. Pivo je nevyvážené.

Tap at Salôn piva. Dark golden color with medium white head. Malty aroma with earthy notes. Sweet malty taste with candy, lot of alcohol. Too sweet and too boozy for me.

Pour crystal amber color with a small almost off-white that keeps a lacing for a long time. Aroma is malty with some sweet and fruit notes like caramel and orange peel, slightly alcohol hints. Flavor is balanced sweet malty and bitter with hop notes and alcohol. Low carbonation and a medium body with a long bitter finish.
