Yellow color with 1 finger white head. Aroma of malts, grass, straw, hay. Taste is light sweet and alcoholic. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. A bit too alcoholic

75 cl bottle from the brewery. Bottled one day before tasting it. Cloudy golden/apricot beer with a quite nice offwhite/yellowish head. Malty bready aroma, grainy, caramel, toffee notes. Malty flavor, too much alcohol showing, bready, grassy. Too boozy. Sweetish bread finish with grassy hops.

It’s not really a Christmas Tasting in Odense. Aroma of grainy malt, grass and hay with a touch of DMS. Sweet malty flavour with DMS, herbal hops and lots of alcohol. A little cloying from the sweetness and alcohol

on tap at the festival minipivovaru 2012 at prague castle, its premiere i think. anyways not the best day for such a strong beer with sweltering heat making it seem like fumes were coming off the glass. honey golden with a lasting fat head; aroma of golden syrup and mothballs; loads of sticky sweetness, will have to try again as it may be a little better in winter with some more aging, especially if they doubled the amount of saaz

bottle from Kulovy Blesk Praha. Slightly hazy deep golden colour, creamy white head. Full-bodied, intensive malt flavours, sweet, hints of fruit and honey, lots of grassy-resiny hops. Impressive bitter-sweet character.

Hodně silné, alkohol je v něm cítit na můj vkus až trochu moc. Jinak dobré, hořké, kvalitně vypěněné. Lahváč z pivoňky.

Pours a medium straw, with a white head.
Fruity, estery aroma, malt, caramel.
Off-dry, medium to full bodied, high bitterness, creamy CO2.
Malty, fruity taste, esters, caramel, apricot, hops, banana. Smooth, yet with quite a significant alcohol burn. (2012-09-13)
